THE BAND... SonnyBoy Parker on mic has a wide vocal range and unique style. His connecting voice warrants him respect, a seductive voice with a range that makes you want to scream for more! Bec is the entertaining caberet style bassist, whose talent has earned her “Bassist of the Year”, one rock'n chick you’ll love to drool over. Shay-B, gorgeous and electrifying on keys definetly the crowd cheerleader. Dai has a shredding guitar sound with unique blends of emotion that mixes seamlessly . Eddy on drums, keeps the beats ROCKN and heads BANGN!
With the ability to reproduce their recorded sound live, together with their showmanship, SSX brings the true spirit of Rock and Roll to the people. SSX "The Family" SonnyBoy & BEC started writing music together at a young age. They started a band and vowed to make their rock act as entertaining to watch as it is to listen to their music. Succeeding to catch attention with a entertaining show and a sound that ranges between alternative rock and a harder melodic rock.
Being a family of three, Singer, Bassist, and Keyboards, SSX writes all their music in house. Writing, creating, and arranging their music first, with bass and voice. With perfect pitch, there is no need for auto-tune while recording. The girls always sing backup. Other instruments are then put in to enhance their songs. Their music is tight and complete, enabling any musician to accompany them. They maintain a strict code of ethics, and always stay vice free. Music is their specialty. Entertaining is their expertise. SSX recorded their debut full length album, "Rock, White, & Blue," at West Lake Studios, & Paramount Studios, with Malcolm Welsford as producer, whose awards in New Zealand compare to our US Grammy’s. He has been the producer of over 15 platinum albums. Malcolm marveled and complimented how easy SSX made his job. He admired their professionalism. SSX is straight to business. With Malcolm’s experience and background, the passion and talent of SSX, we are proud to now share with you the new diversified version of Rock and Roll. Enjoy.......
